This workshop offers an excellent opportunity to interact with top researchers in an informal setting. Topics of interest include innovative numerical methods, fundamentals, code development, computational efficiency, benchmarking, advanced constitutive models, applications and case studies. We cordially invite you to present your research work at the workshop. The deadline for the submission of one-page abstract is the 30. June 2019.

We have two options for the written contributions.

• publications of extended abstracts of about 8 pages in a book within “Springer Series of Geomechanics and Geoengineering”.
• publication of full length papers as a special issue in Acta Geotechnica.
